Access to certain features of the GoVerifyNow platform requires an account. Accurate, current, and complete information must be provided during the registration process, and account details should be kept up to date so the service can be delivered reliably.
Each account holder is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their credentials and for all activity that occurs under them. Any unauthorized use of an account or other breach of security should be reported to GoVerifyNow without delay.
GoVerifyNow reserves the right to suspend or terminate an account at any time for any reason, including but not limited to a violation of these terms or misuse of the service.
The platform may not be used to send or support content that is unlawful, defamatory, harassing, fraudulent, or obscene. By using the service, the account holder agrees that contact may take place by telephone, email, and SMS, including pre-recorded calls and automatic dialing systems where permitted under the Telephone Consumer Protection Act. The following activities are not permitted.
The service is provided on an as is and as available basis, without warranties of any kind beyond those required by law. Uninterrupted or error-free operation cannot be guaranteed, as verification outcomes depend on factors such as carrier behavior and the quality of submitted data.
To the extent permitted by law, GoVerifyNow is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the platform. Any direct liability is limited to the amount paid for the service during the period in which the related claim arose.
GoVerifyNow may investigate suspected violations of these terms and take appropriate action in response. Where a third party claims to have been harmed by misuse of the service, relevant information may be shared as needed to address the matter or to meet a legal obligation.
Transactional verification messages are part of active service and cannot be opted out of while an account remains in use, since they are required to deliver the requested confirmation. Non-essential communications can be stopped at any time by replying STOP to a message or by using the unsubscribe option. Standard carrier message and data rates may apply to recipients, and opt-out preferences are respected.
